Giving Back

Support The Young Women’s Movement

If you share our commitment to challenging gender inequality and seeing women and girls thrive on a local and global scale, donate to The Young Women’s Movement to transform the lives of young women in Auckland.

Why give?

Your donation will support opportunities for women and girls to develop their leadership skills and ambitions, to engage, to take initiative, to lead lives that will fulfil them.

Where will my gift go?

Our operating costs are covered by our Profit for Purpose, the YWCA Auckland Hostel, so that 100% of public donations can fund community programmes and advocacy.

Donate Now and make a difference in the lives of girls and young women in Auckland.

We help to bring this about by creating empowering safe spaces for girls and young women to meet together in groups and clubs, activities and conversations. With your help, we can make sure every woman can shape her own life journey and fulfil her potential, where the voices of women are heard, respected and celebrated. Be part of a world movement of women leading change.

A Lasting Gift

Making provision in your Will to donate to YWCA Auckland is a way to make a lasting gift to future generations of young women and their communities. You can be certain that your generosity will help make a real difference in young women’s lives for years to come.

When including a bequest in your Will, you have the option of leaving a specific amount, an item or a percentage of your estate to YWCA Auckland. You can choose to leave your bequest freely, so that YWCA Auckland can apply the funds in the areas where they are most needed, or you can specify where and how you would like the bequest to be used.

Please let us say thank you. Your gift is important to us. Please tell us if you plan to include the YWCA Auckland in your Will, or if you have already done so, so we can thank you.
